Okay, so, update on my current situation.

My dysphoria has returned, I got sick today, I've been stressed about school, I've been having a massive lack of sleep, and I'm just overall not doing too good rn.

Not to mention my dad (TW)"bodyshames" me, saying things like "You need to work out more to get rid of those man-boobs!" and "You're starting to get fat, you need to stop eating so much." and then he tries to get me to do all sorts of manly stuff that I don't enjoy but I do anyways because I'm actually kinda scared to tell him no in any way at all.

And yeahhh. That's my situation.
