  • Now, double-click to open the QBWin.log file. 

Solution 2: Find the Duplicate Entries in the QBWin.log file 

  • To begin with, scroll down to the bottom of the log file. Else, you can also press the Ctrl and End key together to reach there directly.
  • You need to press the Ctrl and F keys together on your keyboard, and then in the Find Window, type “Duplicate.” 
  • Now, select the Rename option to find the duplicate entry, and then you can delete all the duplicate entries from the list. 
  • Ensure that no duplicate files are left and after this, run the Verify Data Utility tool by following the steps listed below:

    • Launch the QB Desktop and click the File menu.
    • Look for the Utility option and then select the Verify Data.
    • You need to wait for some time until the process gets completed.
    • Next, run the QB Verify/Rebuild Data Utility tool if you get any issues in accessing the data file.
    • After that, select the File menu > Utilities > Rebuild Data. 
    • In the end, you can now run the Verify Data Tool once again to check whether the issue is resolved.
