For those of you unfamiliar Chris Chan is an internet celebrity with Autism that has been known for years for exhibiting increasingly horrific behavior that eventually resulted in him being in legal hot water for allegedly raping his 80 year old mother. In this video I emphasize that while Chris Chan is an extreme example he is a potential warning of what can happen if we don't take responsibility for our own actions and decide to play the victim.
This guy you talk about in the video needs to go to a mental hospital immediately, and he shouldn't be released he should stay there for the rest of his life, or even better just let him rot in jail, then put them in another jail and let that one ride to, it's so on and so forth until he dies.
5564132 He is currently being held at a local jail pending his trial, I don't know whether he will go to prison or be institutionalized but in either case he probably won't be walking free anytime soon.

There will be a lot of hate that will come to him, most likely when he's in prison he will get hurt.
5564158 That will likely be considered in any potential sentencing, some prisons have special wards for certain cases such as the mentally ill and sex offenders. Since many institutions were shut down 30 or 40 years ago prisons have been picking up much of the slack for mental health care for people who are in the system.
