I spent half of today with family at a tourist trap 30 miles away for my mom's birthday, where I spent $28 on some very, very bad ideas.
The hottest pepper I've ever had thus far is the ghost, so all of this stuff has be nervous. But I'm most nervous about the jerky. You don't chew and swallow that stuff, you have to suck on it.
So, for the salsa and hot sauce, any recipe ideas? I'm all ears.

I typically try to use the spiciest salsa I can for this one because I am a bit of a spice fiend. This recipe works really well as a burrito filling, or as a burrito bowl and eat it with some chips.
I tried part of a 9 mil Scoville chocolate bar a few weeks ago and that was the species I have had.
Could be useful for a very funny hot sauce prank.
