*cough, hack, wheeze* Too much dust. · 11:17pm Jul 16th, 2021
So, Ah, I figure I should make a blog post after... *checks last known date* three years. Dayum. I'm still alive, and if anyone has been reading Calm Wind's Piercing the Heavens, you'd know I was his extra pair of eyes to catch his numerous spelling errors or punctuation gaps.
My own writing has kind of hit a block that I can't break away. I've done some stuff here, or there, but alas. Nothing concrete that I'd want to post here. You'd think with the pandemic locking everything down (haha...no) that I could write, but no. Working retail means it could be a war outside and I'd still have to report to work.
The Fallout Equestria Meets Talon is still an idea i'm poking at, just cuz it seems fun. And who knows, it may come to light eventually, just don't expect it soon.
Yay! Nice to hear from you.
Go after any idea that seems fun and make it fun. Don't worry too much, and enjoy writing. Or go read a good story to get the enjoyment and creative ideas flowing. Or even go off site and read a real life book or something. The worst thing you can do is nothing at all. Nothing perpetuates nothing.
I know how the retail thing goes. I've worked in retail for 5 years and now fast food for 4. Hell, this covid business made things at work even harder and it helped burn me out.
TLDR: Blocks and Burnout isn't fun. Only fun and satisfaction can break out of it.
