What is holding things up. An explanation.

I know, I know. I promised things would be quicker. That was with regard to the month of freedom to write I have just entered into . Unfortunately, a lot of things needed my attention leading into it. Then I needed about a day or two to refocus onto writing, which I am currently doing, all while trying to manage more bad luck in my life. But that is at least being handled so I don't need to worry about it right now.

I have been toying with a few things in the background of the story for a few months, trying to get a particular element to work just so without discussing that it was even a problem with anyone until today and BAM! MosAnted dumped something on me that could actually perfectly fill the hole and fix the issue I've been struggling with. It has been a problem I have been having with certain events I have in mind for Crystal City.

Just working around the edges to see if it truly is my answer (signs are very positive right now), then I will be adjusting the notes before plunging headlong into writing/publishing as much of this I can without burning myself out in the process.
