New Story - I Dreamt I Was Old

    Hello!

Just a new story out. I was originally going to post a Father’s Day story but I ran overtime. This story is dedicated to my Dad and is a bit on the sadder side.

Not that anything is wrong with my dad I just wanted to write a story from the perspective of an older pony reflecting on their life. Which I recently had a conversation with my dad about.

New Story- What Matters Most · 7:54pm Jun 6th, 2021

Hurrah! Another new story. I had planned to ramp up more of my works as we come into Gen 5. I do want to share my thoughts on Gen 5 in a future post but for now onto new horse words.

Obviously delighted by the reception to my last story the End of All Things, managed to get a feature briefly and people seemed to like it quite a bit. This story is a change of pace, back to something a bit more down to earth.

It should be noted that this new story is a spiritual successor to my old work Who You Are, which was a story about Twilight comforting Spike. This Story is the inverse where Spike comforts Twilight as she faces a huge change in circumstance post-season 9. It’s not necessary to read one story to understand the other but they have similar themes of togetherness in the face of change.

I hope people enjoy it!

The next challenge is to finish my work on You’ve Got Debt, which is going to be a massive sequel to the first story. I have about 20k words done on it so it’s a matter of crafting it into a narrative that helps the first story while not affecting the first story standing upon its own merits. I guess we’ll find out.
