Okay, I got delayed, but yes, Chapter 04 is done, and its being proof-read as we speak.
I have mentioned a lot of times in the comment section how nervous I am usually when writing each chapter, and this one may have frayed me worse than the last chapters. No worries though... I guess I just want to make it perfect as Chapter 3 was basically left incomplete.
What does chapter 04 hold in store?
Well, there's a surprise appearance from a special pony, more Rarity scenes, and... yeah, more clop. Sorry guys, I guess I spent more most of my world building on chapter 3, but no worries.
The next arc explores Harry's first visit to Equestria, and how he was hired by the company. I'm still on the planning stages, but I'm hoping it'll turn out quite fine.
