Looking for a story for anyone who sees this

I can't remember if it was a short story or just something that occurred in a longer one as it didnt seem to be a main focus, but basically it had Cadence matchmake two humans and Moondancer, i believe it was a story where Equestria and Earth were connected but can't remember much of it at all.
