Well... It's been a while since I've been here. Honestly I was ready to make a clean break from this fandom, but it seems I have some unfinished business. Maybe. I guess you'll tell me.
So, it's no secret that this story was my and my mate's biggest project, hell, you could call it my magnum opis (though honestly Camel has done better work elsewhere). Then life interfered and, combined with the decline in the show canon and personal grievances, the drive for us to continue just kinda died. I've left the creative community for this fandom in favor of establishing my own and my partner has retired from writing altogether...
All that said, we had some very extensive plans for the continued adventures of Starshadow, Starsong and company (some more fleshed out than others), certainly well passed the point where we stopped. I've been thinking about it lately and whenever I poke my head in here I still see people reading and following despite this account being dead for a year now.
So I pose the question to you who are still around for some reason: how many of you would be interested in seeing those notes and such? I can't promise that this would provide closure on every hanging thread we had left (in fact there would probably be more if I got into my plans for a potential sequel) but it would give some valuable insight into certain characters that unfortunately didn't get enough "screen time" to really tell their stories (looking at you, Silver Veil). There's also an epilogue chapter that Camel had written back while I was indisposed just in case, which I admit I've never looked at myself. I'll have to talk to him about that but I'm sure he'd be willing to share that since it was written for this eventuality.
Anyway, let me know what you think. If there's enough call for it I'll throw a few journals together with all that info.
You should chose to do whatever you think is best for yourself. Personally, I would love to see more of Starfall and how things play out in the end for Big Mac, Starshadow, Sunset, Silver Veil, and everyone else. That said, no one is pushing you to do this, and I completely respect your decision to do what you believe in your heart is the right call. Please don't take this as me telling you to complete the Starfall story, because it is your story and you do what you will with it. All I'm saying is that I'd find it very enjoyable like it if you did continue the lewd, comedic, and deliciously dark adventures of the amazing story that is Starfall, and present all those flushed out scenarios you planned alongside your co-writer. Whatever you decide to do, I will respect it and support you all the same, and I wish you the best of luck in what you do, writing or otherwise.
