Recently, I came across the following blogs related to someone else's headcanon for Fullmetal Alchemist:

It basically analyzes Ed's automail limbs. Again, it's someone's headcanon but I actually enjoyed reading the blogs. It was a lot to think about and it did spark some ideas for my story that I didn't think much about until I read the blogs. Some of the info mentioned already exist in the actual series canon though.
