Mine were all impacted. So they were stuck in my jaw. I was told that they can’t be sterilized and count as medical waste. While I obviously still wish I could keep my own teeth, I’m at least glad that there is an actual reason behind it other than “because we said so” or something like it.

I'm glad my wisdom teeth were already dealt with some years back. My bottom ones were so shitty and like half in the gum?/cheek flesh area? that they had to be drilled into pieces and removed as bits to get them out. Top ones were normal and got to be pulled. I was awake during the whole thing which was uncomfortable af.

Well hopefully you're feeling a bit better now, I remember the intense pain shortly after I had mine removed... It took opioids to really dull the sensations and I slept constantly...
