Best Laid Plans...

Are subject to change, and mine have, but in a good way. The next Midnight Rising chapter is nearly ready and will launch tonight. I originally said I had two chapters in progress? Make that three. I've decided to solve the dilemma of which scene to leave for another chapter by giving them all their own full chapters, and their deserved spotlight in turn. First up is our fair lady Rarity, newly minted dragon aficionado.

And yes, that's a very deliberate attempt at irony given the pony Rarity's proclivities. I won't post a teaser because it's all too M-rated to include in a blog and I don't want to spoil any of it, but suffice it to say, this will hit a lot of varied buttons, and hopefully readers will find enough of it to their liking.

And though I don't know how many readers of both I have, the next Feathered Heart chapter is 80% complete and likely only a day or two from draft completion, as I found myself working it by day while working on Midnight Rising by night. And yet, it's been coming pretty easily, and it, too, will have a rather suggestive (but still T-rated) scene.

What's the scene? Well, Silentwoodfire and I were discussing Fortrakt this weekend, and he had an idea for something involving him I rather liked. So you'll be seeing it here. Not to worry, I have great affection for our feathered friend, and anything I do with him is meant as a prelude to rewarding him later.

I may release a teaser for the next Feathered Heart chapter later today in a separate blog post, so be looking for it.

Nope. First Rarity x drakes, then a separate chapter with Pinkie Pie x Ember & the Dragonesses, then Midnight x Upper Crust. In other words, everyone gets their own chapter and moment in the sun. On in Rarity's case, in the glow of the lava.
