a problem with the 2nd chapter

I have, a problem. I am not sure how I feel about what I have done for chapter 2, I like certain aspects of it, but at the same time, I really dont like it and I am unsure if I should keep it or start again.
below is the section i am bothered by, feel free to give your opinion on if it is worth keeping or not. may not even be how the story goes yet.
“And what kind of deal would this be?” An authoritative voice hidden behind a motherly tone asks, a ripple stretching out from behind our unnamed character. “I would certainly hope you are not putting any of my little ponies in danger, again” the voice gains a much sharper tone, a not so subtle edge of danger lanced into their tone.

“Ah, Bright one. I see you still hold onto that thread to my realm… have you come to bargain, again?” The response to the new presence has a harsh tone to it, laced with spite as though having been wronged. “Or perhaps, you wish to explain why you went so far against our arrangement” Turning to look at their visitor.

Celestia stands there, glaring at them. “If i had known that what you wanted would put my ponies at risk i would have never made it with you to begin with” The glare the princess of the sun is giving  makes the figure step back a little, frowning themselves. “So what is it this time, you give them a group dream and in return they release a plague of apple eating bacteria? Or perhaps power in exchange for giving somepony unending nightmare?”
