Hi. Been a while. So, uhhh... I kind of... fell out of the fandom... The ending of season 5, plus just generally getting older, kind of knocked the wind out of my sails. The only reason I'm even here is because someone PM'd me, and I felt obligated to respond even if I don't consider myself a brony. Though I guess that's not entirely true... I mean, I haven't watched the show in years, and haven't read fanfic in an even longer amount of time. But I guess I'm just not willing to admit that I'm not longer part of a community that sculpted such a huge part of my life.
Does that community even still exist? I mean, obviously bronies are still around, people are still writing and creating, but... It's different. The people I know, the people I knew about, aren't around anymore. Most of them because they just moved on. Some of them because they've died. People I followed, people I looked up to, have died since I was gone...
I don't even know why I'm writing this. I have followers, I guess, but did anyone even actually care about me or what I had to say? I never even managed to keep a story up on here despite trying multiple times. I'm just ranting into the void, really.
I'm a little ways past your era of the fandom (mid-2018, to be precise), but I figured I might as well say hello.
