Fixing Bumblebee's voice problem

Today, I figured I would try to fix a big dilemma plaguing the movie community, In The Last Knight, Bumblebee regained his voice, now this has caused outrage from people who hate the movies, and from people like me, who rabidly defend them. Even I can admit this is lazy writing, so I decided to see if I could fix this portion of the movie.

To start with this fix, we will need to go back to the Junkyard scene, during some point after Daytrader shows up, and gives them the new voice box, and before they actually start to work on it. We need to include a scene where Cade mentions he has been working on Bee's old voice box. After Bumblebee rips out the Siri voice box, we see him in the background putting his old one back in. During some scenes with nothing going on, when Bumblebee is in frame, we can see his hit his throat, do some kind of singing motion, or off-screen we hear distorted sounds.

Fast-forwarding towards Bumblebee vs Optimus, During the battle, blue aura begins to encase Optimus every so often, Im assuming he still has the matrix of leadership, which we never saw him remove or leave, but we never saw it again. When the Aura begins to appear, its only for a few seconds, as the Matrix is trying to fight from the inside, but doesn't have the strength to do so just yet. But every few times the aura appears, he gets a hit on Bumblebee, causing the Aura to surround him for a few seconds as well.

After a bit, we get to the infamous scene, as Optimus attempts to kill Bee, while the scene plays out pretty normally, a few key differences happen. One, it takes Bee a few seconds before he starts speaking, and you see him trying to speak. Two, The voice needs to be distorted and glitchy, it can still be good enough to be able to be understood, but it absolutely can not be the flawless speaking of the movie. Three, the dialogue needs to be changed, not much, but it needs to be changed.

"i-I-I..ii- I am Bumb-l..ee, I (cut off a) am one of your most Trusted fri--ds, Opt---us I wou-d la- down my li-- for you"

"Bumblebee.. Your voice, I have not heard it, since the Allspark was Destroyed.."

And finally four, Optimus can not almost seamlessly change back into his normal person, he needs to go on one of those screaming fits where he grabs his head, as his weakened state allows the Matrix to fight back, allowing him to destroy Quintessa's influence, which is what turned him into Nemesis. Now two final things, I should probably explain some things. For the rest of the Movie, Bee can still talk, but his must be distorted, and look uncomfortable, since its like trying to talk when you're losing your voice.

And I feel like this needs to be explained, why after the first movie, he never spoke again until now. Before the Matrix basically restored his ability to speak, he still could, but it took alot of will and hurt like a son of a bitch, so he decided it would be easier scanning radio waves. Why his voice is more distorted in this one can be attributed to the fact that not only did Cade mess around with it, Bee did so himself, possibly damaging it.

My goal today was to

• Fix the Voice problem, and try to include a solution.
• Create a rule did that did not go against what the movies have established.
• Try to make it a believable thing to happen in the Bayverse.
• Make something everyone could work with, and not hate.

I would like to hear your guy's opinions on what I did, I would like to know if I did what I wanted, or failed miserably.
