News and Holiday Wishes! · 2:53am Nov 30th, 2012
Hey guys. Just so you know, Away From The Acres is STILL going to happen, I'm not sure if you've ever had to wait quite this long, but I just wanted to reiterate my apologies for how long it's taking. I'm having a lot of trouble with my depression, and had gotten to the point of neglecting schoolwork and personal hygiene. This led to me becoming quite ill, and then I missed several more days of school. Due to this, I have a massive backlog of work I need to complete, but I still come on here as much as I can, to add a few words here and there, and to re-read some of my favorite stories. I truly appreciate the patience of anyone that's still waiting for this, and I really would like to get writing again, but I'm not sure how long it'll be until the next major chapter.
On a more positive note, I AM fairly close to finishing another interlude chapter, and I might be able to upload that sometime in early December. Regardless, I thank you all for your patience, and with you all the happiest of holidays, whatever you may (or may not) celebrate.
Many thanks,
Machiniman20.
P.S:
It may seem cheesy, but I want to give a huge thanks to the entire community here. Some of the funny stories, the heartwarming ones, and the really good shipfics are all that keeps me going sometimes. Even a good sadfic can remind someone what the value of life truly is. Thank you all so much, be you a reader or a writer, and I hope to have more for you soon.
We as random internet people don't own your time. No one is entitled to anothers time
You just do it when ever you feel like you are able to do it without any negative side effects on your real life.
( I have know idea if that came out right either way take your time man)

I fell like a lot of you have at least earned some of my time, due to the way you've invested in this story I'm writing, and the only way I feel I can truly show appreciation is by giving you MOAR.
...Which I am currently incapable of doing. I've been doing homework intermittently for the past 6 hours.
