Sup guys.
Just wanted to give an update on a few things.
Interlude 2 of "What The Night Remembers" is being proofread/tweaking and Chapter 6 is partially done. I'm focusing a lot on it for a few reasons. The first is its just a blast to write. The second is my idea reservoir is running a little dry for one-shots that are acceptable to me. I've got a few that I've penned, but they didn't accomplish what I wanted and I couldn't do it without seeming forced (like Rainbow Dash asking AJ for a snow cone for you-know-what as a result of a chili judging contest). In addition, a few ideas lacked any sort of originality. As such, those other ones have been put on the back burner for now.
"The U-Files" is currently cancelled, but only because there are a few things I want to do with the idea. Time permitting of course. Instead of a "novella" like the last story, I would rather do something in the line of one-shots. It feels more natural that way and the concept should work alright in that form. It's a vastly under-explored avenue for fanfics that could produce wonderful stories. If you care to have a go at it, do so. The angle for the story itself will be revised and re-done so I don't run afoul of any issues with the ToS of the site.
In the mean time, stay safe during the crazy season.
