Okay gloves off here. What happened on the 6th of January, 2021 in the capitol of the USA, is a shameful, horrifying travesty. People died, and many more would have died and/or been sexualy violated if things went worse, and all, ALL of the blame, goes to Trump, his cronies, and EVERY member of the republican party in office. Something must be done and NOW, thier party must die, and those who both engaged in and stood by as a blade was pressed to our very freedom, must be locked away never to return for the good of every man woman, child and otherwise in America and the world.
To those who are still sane, I say we MUST write letters to our government on mass and DEMAND that the book be thrown at these monsters without mercy, and what rot in our system that allow this be ripped out and burned. NEVER stop pressuring the new administration and congress, NEVER relent untill justice is done, and then, and only then, can we move on, we cannont heal if this rot and the abominations it spawned continue to infect us. I am beyond furious, my rage over this knows no bounds, but even then I know violence is not the way, injustuice is not the way, we are better than that.
And to you, you dammned, insane people who support this: Either wake up and get some help and do good to others for the rest of your life to repent for this, or go to the deepest pits of hell and NEVER, EVER RETURN!

isn't there something in the Constitution about overthrowing the govt. if the people don't like it? I'm not condoning the fact that people broke into the Capitol or White House or whatever, but I feel like the govt. of America needs a hard reset tbh.

thats a spirit of the 2nd amendment, kind of, but its not actuly written anywhere in law, and while a hard reset wouldn't work, widespread reform can, but the folks who raided the captial didnt want that, they wanted to overturn an election and dismiss the will of the majority of the poeple, thats just about as anti-democratic as you can get, and heres the thing, these folks dont belive in a democracy, not really, they want a dictatorship with trump as the head, and even without him, the American republican party has been pushing racist voter suppression laws and laws against the rights of minorities for decades.
