Guess this 'little problem' exist mostly in shadows ... I mean all this , um, 'management'. Like (headline) "Feds’ Utah horse sterilizations draw two lawsuits alleging inhumane treatment"
Not sure how much can be done about it (some well-known Orca case was circulating without any real progress for decades - because money talks loudest!), but this problem definitely intersects with other kinds of human -> non-humans mis-relations I worry about .....
