Hey yall! I want to start working on Chapter 9 as soon as possible, but my confidence is slightly shaken after the partially negative response to last chapter. Nothing to worry about, but still, I'd like to make it right! Therefore, if anything about Chapter 8 bothered you, post it in a comment! Or PM me! I know you can't please everybody, but I'd still like to hear from all of you! I feel this is necessary to have before starting work.
I loved Ch.8 It was awesome!

It took too long coming out. That is the only problem, everything else was glorious.
i dIdn't notice anything wrong, however it may be my bias look, or my readers mindset (any mistake there is, i will skip over (if can) and not make them ruin the fic for me)

Only 2 problems with chapter 8.
1. It took awhile too come out, but was good.
2. Sex on the first date? I saw none of this on episode where the CMC give Cheerilee and Big Mac love poison. Not exactly a problem, but more of a missed fact.
Other than that, great chapter!

You took a shot in the dark about their dating ritual. If anything you put on a funny twist for the future chapters. Just be careful this doesn't backfire on you. Looking forward to the next chapter and seeing if Fluttershy has enough balls to do some public displays, if you get my meaning.
I saw where you were coming from with the sex on the first date thing myself. As for it not being cannon...a lot of things arent canon in fics.
Other than a sudden fear of my eyeballs catching fire, I had no problems.

I thought it was pretty alright. By pretty alright I mean that I read the entire fic from one to eight in one sitting, and nothing about eight put me off or anything like that. So, whatever you have planned for chapter nine, I doubt I'll have any problems enjoying it.
