Hey y'all!
Just wanted to start with HAPPY ALMOST END OF 2020/ HAPPY NEW YEAR idk when you're reading this.
I'm currently writing last chapter of Off to the Races. Should be done writing that soon, then I have to make sure it's actually good enough to post (everyone thank Krickis for offering to pre-read! She helped me fix some things in Sweet, Sweet Record O' Mine so that's awesome! (I will say, Kricks, OTTR is... kinda longish? So if you don't wanna preread that then don't worry about it).
Anyway, what I really wanted to talk about was Under The Light of Dusk. Currently, I've said end of January/early February. I am thinking of possibly delaying it because honestly, there's a lot missing from that fic that I'm now realizing maybe I should add. It would require me to delay it quite a bit since I'm talking at least like 5-10 more chapters. However, you'd get a better story. Would you mind if I delay it yet again, but you'd get more substance?
To make up for that, I will announce that I have another fic in the planning stages. This one is specifically something I am writing for a friend because we have an inside joke involving Rarity and she asked me to write a fic about it for her birthday. I honestly have no idea when that'll be done but so far I am pretty well into the planning. It's going to be around 40 chapters if I stick to the plan, although they probably won't all be super long chapters.
I also have been thinking of writing a story for an OC (you will actually meet this OC in OTTR), so maybe I'll do that sometime soon.
I'll probably do some one shots/short stories in the mean time just so I don't disappear entirely. I do have a lot of animation portfolios to work on this month, which is why I'm giving this update, but I do plan to keep writinf as often as possible. I just want to keep y'all updated. I sincerely hope you don't mind the delays on Under The Light of Dusk ! I just want it to be... well good haha.
Expect some good content in 2021, and as always I will keep you updated. Mailbox is always open if you want to chat!

But actually if you do divide it into chapters just mark them in the doc or something and I'll do a chapter at a time or whateverTell me of Under The Light of Dusk though :eyes: I might be able to proof that one too. Just like yeet fics at me and I'll try to get to them lol

Lmao fair enough! But yeah, OTTR is pretty much three chapters. I'll divide those up so you can do those in anyway you want haha.
And honestly, UTLOD is going to be... well not like hellishly long but it is LONG. So far, 52k words and like I said, I am realizing it needs a lot more substance. If you really want to know a bit more about it, I can definitely dm you that info ;)
