Um...I haven’t been sleeping all that properly since I started writing my fics, and honestly it’s bad for my health.
I’m saying I may go on a break because I need one, but also I never follow through with that, so who knows?
Maybe I’ll be stuck in a writing loop forever.
Maybe not.
But I’m gonna try.
So if everything seems quiet on my account for a few days, that may be why.

But may I ask as to why you haven't been sleeping well? Have you been staying up or is it stressing you out?
It's alright, take your time. No one with an ounce of common sense would expect you to publish multiple chapters a day indefinitely unless you had them prepared in advance. I've actually wondered how you manage to write as much as you do (though I guess it could be possible if you're stuck in lockdown with nothing else to do, if that's the case, but even then you couldn't keep at it forever). Do get some sleep, please
