So I spoke to my editor earlier today and we're looking at about two weeks for the final chapter of Trixie Interviews, plus epilogue... I confess that I'm feeling somewhat emotional, although Cozy lives on in my new project. I've been working on the first chapter and I have just over 8 pages and cranked out another 1000 words today! In chapter 10, we saw, A Filly Named Cozy Glow, as I was trying to paint a picture of what sort of person Cozy actually is. In the first chapter of this next project, it's called A Filly Named Little Snack and in it, we're exploring Little Snack and what sort of filly she is. She just had an awkward and somewhat scary approach to Trixie's house, and just stumbled through probably the most awkward introduction in Equestrian history!
You know, I'll admit that even though Little Snack's true identity within my mind remains a mystery, I'm starting to like the filly and working with her! Her mind is flighty and random and she has a tendency to either make things awkward or make awkward moments even worse! I do feel sorry for her though... Her backstory will be explained in the first chapter! Now, I'm thinking the walking scene would likely be a good place for this...
