So... I think I'm Horse-Famous, now. · 8:34pm Nov 10th, 2020
Dear followers and readers.
So! I've had something happen, something actually good during this shitshow of a year.
Where No pony Has Gone Before got accepted into Equestria Daily.
For me, this is... big. And long overdue, not just for ponyfic. One of the first places I posted fanfic to when I started putting it online were the message boards at theforce.net, back in 2003. They had a fanfic archive there, it's now dormant I believe. Anyway I submitted one fanfic there thirteen times. It got rejected every. Single. Time. Pretty depressing, not gonna lie. After the thirteenth time I asked what I had to do to get it accepted-and yes, I did my best to correct what they said was wrong each time-and got a rather nasty response back. I also got rejected multiple times from ED. So for me? This is a small slice of vindication.
I just wanna say thanks to them for accepting it, and you folks for reading my half-coherent chicken scratchings. ;) More is incoming, hopefully this week!
And if any troper out there would be so kind to start a trope page for it I'd be ever so grateful. ;)
Congratulations!
Eh, I thought you were already horse famous
this is just like the sprinkles on top of your cupcake. :)
Love ya Striker, keep being awesome. <3
Congratulations
Congrats, man!
Congrats!
Congrats for your horse-celebrity!
You're doing better than I am on that regard. I think they hold me in contempt. Then again, I think most people hold me on contempt, so there you are.
Anyway, congrats.
Congrats!
Man, I stopped bothering with ED a long time ago. Admittedly, I’m sure they got deluged with material before long, but they soon got really arbitrary with their “criteria.” Like I once had a story rejected cause I used the word “girlfriend” instead of “marefriend.” I mean, come on.
Nice!
Congrats on the achievement
Finally, blackmail worked. I swear I was starting to think that they were soulless...
Oh, wait. I mean, bravo! You earned it
Also, this has been on my Read Later list for quite some time.
I guess there's no time like the present to start.

Congrats! That's quite the accomplishment, even in these waning days of the fandom.
