Working on Penultimate Chapter of PoS

I abandoned Twitter to help keep me from getting too stressed about the election, and found that it has left me with a frankly colossal amount of writing time. Was... was I really doomscrolling for hours every day? Really?

So, anyway, I'm using the extra time so that I don't have to choose between fanfic and original fic (), but I'm making great progress on the penultimate chapter. Should be up later this week.

Thankfully, yes.

Sadly, however: sequels, probably. I'm so sorry.

Maybe an epic trilogy where they somehow make a small contribution to the Day of Sunshine and Rainbows centuries hence. Foreshadowing's there, if I want it. Maybe a Patrick O'Brian thing where Lyra just has adventures, that Canterlot park bench ever in her future but never arriving.

I don't know. But 130K is plenty long enough for a novel, and I wanna work on other stuff sometimes. Like maybe poor Blueblood if I don't cringe too much on my reread.
