10th Anniversary of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic

So... It’s really been 10 years since this show started, hasn’t it? Feels like time flew right by.

I haven’t been with the fandom quite that long – I joined in 2012, so about 8 years ago – but the show has left a lasting impression on me nonetheless. It’s quite honestly one of the best animated shows I’ve ever seen.

That isn’t to say it was ever perfect, of course. As much of a brilliant gem it was, it was nonetheless a flawed one, even from the earliest seasons. But it was always clear how much love went into the creation of this show throughout its 9 year run. It was honestly quite inspiring.

Very recently, I’ve started working on a story. A crossover. Unlike the one I currently have up, this one won’t be released to the public until it’s actually finished. I’m sure at least some of you will enjoy it. It will be my contribution to the celebration of this 10 year milestone. Though My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic is no longer running, that doesn’t mean the world it created must come to an end. Every story told here allows the characters we love to live on. And for those who are less inclined toward reading or writing fanfiction, well, that’s okay. There are other means of enjoying ponies, and of course, the show will always be there for those who wish to relive the journey.

Pony on, friends. I’ll be seeing you around here, probably more often now than ever before. But first... I have stories to write.
