First she got locked out of her first account and now of the second one? There is something fishy here...

The only way to get locked out is to forget password and have your original email deleted. The only alternative is to have someone hacking her phone/PC and changing the email of her account.

She either have a nasty sister/brother that like to break her stuff, or she has an infected phone/PC. I don't see other alternatives. Admins won't be able to help here much...
