I can no longer enjoy potato chips · 11:24am Sep 24th, 2020
This all started in July. Whenever I eat chips or junk food, a couple of hours later, I experienced stomach cramps and/or a burning sensation in my throat. I frequently burped to let all the gas out and I had difficulty farting and shitting because of this discomfort.
Alleviating these symptoms by taking either Kremil-S, Buscopan, or Motilium helped somehow. Despite avoiding chips completely, reducing consumption of dairy products, increasing intake of fiber and healthy foods, and exercising regularly, the uncomfortable experiences occasionally return, much to my dismay.
The previous Saturday was when I recently ate chips and that was when I found out that the chips are the cause of these reoccurring symptoms. Might as well say goodbye to my favourite junk food of all time.
Sorry to hear that, I struggle with inflammation myself and pain makes doing my job difficult, so I have to watch what I eat.
So what kind of chip is it the general kind of chip or a certain kind of brand of chips? And sorry to hear that chips are causing you inflammation and have to part ways with your favorite junk food.

Generally speaking, any brand of potato chips (shoestring potatoes included). Other chips I can no longer enjoy are mushroom chips, taro chips, and kimchi crisps. Those other chips are healthy alternatives and it's upsetting that they cause inflammation as well.
