Let's get the obvious out of the way first so we can move onto other things...
2020 SUUUUUUUUUUUCKS!
It has not been a fun time for anyone, as you can imagine. Even as things start to go back to some kind of semblance of normal in most of the world, there's still this overlapping fear in the air that has everyone on edge, which has not made things easy for me over the last few months.
However, I can say that a small upside is that my writing has finally started to pick up steam once more, as I am right now working on several fics, including a new Gallus focused fic that has been sitting unfinished since March, a Friendshipping themed entry for the AppleDash Warm and Fuzzy Feelings Event, a sequel to one of my past fics (not saying which), rewriting the next chapter of Gundam Build Fighters: EG for the THIRD time now, and also working on a sidestory featuring SD Gundams because I LOVE SD Gundams and feel like they don't get enough love.
So look forward to that, and...
Remember how a while back I mentioned I was thinking up an idea for a Jojo's Bizarre Adventure fic? Weeeellll.... after thinking it over and factoring in how much trouble I'm having writing one action-adventure focused story, I decided to cancel that idea.
HOWEVER! I spent too much time and effort into planning that I refuse to do nothing with it all, so I have decided that I will start posting one or two character bios at a time it in blogs like this one, detailing their Stand, an alternate non-copyright name, what it can do, and notes on how it would have affected the story. Like this one:

The name was the first thing I came up with for Sunset's Stand. Afterall, what is Sunset usually associated with when it comes to magic? Fire and flames. And what is DragonForce's most well-known song? Through the Fire and the Flames.
[DragonForce] is your typical Main Jojo "Punch Ghost" type Stand, with the addition that it can act as an extension of Sunset's power from Legend of Everfree, allowing her to peer into the memories of anyone she or her Stand touches. However, as time goes on, [DragonForce] can use this ability in different ways, such as imparting memories and feelings into others it strikes kinda like Gold Experience, "marking" a person so Sunset can sense emotions from a distance, like when she senses Twilight's distress from being in danger even from well across town, and eventually gaining the ability to use the abilities of other Stand users it's allied with as its own inorder to face the final Big Bad.
The story would start with Sunset being pierced by very familiar golden arrow before waking up in bed the next morning like it was nothing but a bad dream. Although out the day at school, however, Sunset would begin to notice strange things that make her start to think it wasn't just a dream. By this point her Stand has yet to fully awaken, so she's slowly gaining the ability to sense other Stands as little more than a shimmering mirage in the air. That is, until a Stand user who was a student who moved away to escape her relentless bullying returns to enact his revenge using his new powers, disbelieving of Sunset when she tries to apologize and prove that she's changed into a better person and prepared to make her pay. This is what finally gets her to awaken her Stand, [DragonForce] and defeat the Stand User by showing him her own memories of her rise and fall from the Fall Formal onward, allowing him to experience them as if they were his own and bringing him to tears as he can no longer deny that she has given up her past ways.
So glad you are still well and have new plan for the future. Love your stories, hope you never stop creating amazing stories like that
I don't even watch Jojo, but Dragonforce sounds like an awesome idea
While I agree with you that 2020 didn't start off well in the beginning of the year. We still have the rest of the year to make it work. Like the message in every hero ever made: "There is always Hope" or "Never loose Hope".
