That might have to wait until after the war with Grogar and his Legion is taken care of and they actually have TIME for that sort of Lighter and Softer stuff. And, even then, that would be entirely up to the author and it would fall under "spoilers" territory.
I feel interested but also nervous about the Silver Shoals episode.
Like interested in seeing on how the interaction might go and maybe Cosmo and Galaxia showing guilt too about the NMM fiasco(like due to being captured by Grogar and thus not being there for Luna or probably showing preference of Celestia over her alot in their childhood which ended up being one of the factors that led to the NMM personality to manifest). Certainly interested on if that would be brought up. Maybe a bit of info on those powers.
And heartwarming stuff too
Though I feel nervous on what might happen too. I hope its not like them brining up how Celestia is preferred/praised more over Luna in their childhoods and Luna just accepting she's in Celestia's shadow. I felt like that moral of her accepting she's in Celestia's shadow just doesn't work for Luna's case, like she really got the short end of the stick there.
I feel worried about the retirement stuff being rubbed in again with Luna being fine about it.
In fact it feels sad that their royal lineage in their family has ended due to Twilight(someone who's not part of the family by blood) having the throne. And neither sisters got to be queen, in fact with Luna she didn't get to enjoy being on the throne and princess of the night for much long(heck, she just got her own physical throne but now had to give that up), it just doesn't seem fair. Doesn't help that the sisters gave up whats practically their flipping Cutie Marks(raising the sun/moon) to Twilight like that, wasn't fair for Luna since she didn't get to enjoy her own destiny for much long(Celestia even raised the moon longer than Luna, the pony who's supposed to be doing that, did. It just doesn't seem right)
I feel like Harmony/destiny set everything up so Twilight becomes the true ruler of Equestria while screwing Celestia and (especially) Luna over there.
If I remember right about Cosmo and Galaxia seeing Twilight's achievements, wouldn't they also saw Luna and Celestia's shortcomings too? I feel like the sisters would feel ashamed that their parents saw them constantly failing(or not be involved) when some villain attacked during their rule. I feel like Luna would take it worse due to she lost a 1000 years of ruling(and thus her track record looks worse compared to Celestia) and she returned from the moon only to fail again and again(or get sidelined, some of the time Celestia forced her to stay sidelined like in the Crystal Empire for the sake of "teaching Twilight. Honestly when Celestia was setting everything for Twilight to be her successor, it was at the expense of Luna big time), like with what happened with the Storm King or on their very last days as rulers due to the Terrible Trio attacking.
She didn't get to protect Equestria and other stuff at all much as the princess of the night and co-ruler of Equestria.
Its pretty jarring how neither sister are badly affected by all of these "failures", I feel like the writers shouldn't have had them brush this aside. Like Luna would be affected more than Celestia would there by these shortcomings.
That's the thoughts I have from looking at this. I hope this post wasn't too long for you to read.
Sorry if it was..
How many seasons do you intend to make to continue My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic?

Probably as many as the author can come up with a sufficient number of ideas for:
Speaking of which:
Here's a possible one for a Halloween/Night Mare Night themed episode:
"When Midnight Strikes": Mean Six Twilight manages to find the Alicorn Amulet during Night Mare Night and uses it to increase her already respectable pre-existing power to levels that make her second in the Legion only to Grogar himself. With her new power, Mean Six Twilight (NOW renaming herself "Midnight") creates a mass of terrors that will push the heroes to their limits and make THIS Night Mare Night a REAL nightmare.
