Is Star Wars: Tales of the Empire good?

    I'm genuinely asking.

To be honest with you guys, I'm pretty much done with Disney Star Wars. I've just recently finished watching the series finale of "The Bad Batch" which is a pretty decent show overall. The final season as a whole felt really slow and dull, but it was okay.

Ughhh... if I got super bored watching this garbage then I’m going to just write another brief review without getting so tired of this. Who is even counting anymore? (Sigh) Lets go...

Hey there, buddies. Here is my review of... (yawn)... Justice League. Finally, the third installment of Zack Snyder’s trilogy that is founded on inconsistencies, plot holes, nonsensical drama, and overall stupidity. While it is not as abominably horrible as Transformers: The Last Knight is, it is still the weakest and lamest out of the three films by Snyder. Remember that Justice League cameo from the last movie that featured only Flash, Cyborg, Aquaman, and Wonder Woman that of course served no purpose for the plot? Yeah, that all led to here... as a movie. Listen, Mr. Snyder, if you wanted to make a movie of the Justice League that was featured from Batman vs Superman, you should’ve at least set a scene where they would all have moments of—actually, screw that. You should’ve NOT featured these guys in the middle of the film because they served no purpose for the plot at all! They should've been in the post credits of the film to build them up so their appearance here would make much more sense. Come on, man...

But enough of that. Let’s talk about these characters. Hmm, let’s see:

•Flash is an annoying source of comedy relief who says cringe-worthy jokes every 3 minutes? Check.

•Cyborg having the personality of Raven and acting all serious with a stone-face personality? Check.

•Alfred being... Alfred? Awesome!

•Batman being... Batman as he should be? Awesome again!

•Wonder Woman just being the same old bland as a dry cardboard while trying too hard to be a badass? Check.

•Aquaman being a decent character but still not having much to offer to save this movie from being a boredom? Check.

•The main villain having the same dry motivation of doing something that will involve destroying the world with that generic bad guy personality with no character depth and no development as a villain? Check. What happened to actually good villains like The Joker from The Dark Knight and Thanos from Avengers: Infinity War? None of the DCEU villains can hold a candle to these two. That’s really sad.

•The soundtrack is... average at best. The CGI is really not that good. The story is boring and not engaging at all. It’s a miracle that this film isn’t really that long. Oh, and when Superman asked Batman with an evil grin, “Tell me... do you bleed?”, I facepalmed so hard. You KNOW that he is a human dressed as a bat, and that humans have blood in their systems; there was no reason for him to ask that question!

Dude, he said that because Batman asked him that in the previous film! That’s called karma!

It may be karma, but it makes no sense. Batman asked him that because Superman is a Kryptonian who doesn’t bleed. Superman asking Batman if he bleeds is stupid. You saw him bleed numerous times when you fought each other to the death, so what’s the point of that? I know, I know, it’s just a nitpick but it really bothers me so much.

Don’t get me started with Clark’s CGI lip! It looked so wrong on his face. I can understand why they did that, but couldn’t he at least shaved his mustache? Of course, they used CGI on his hands too.

This film was just... so poorly done. Batman and Alfred were the only good characters in it. If they only added conflict between our heroes once they joined together prior to them meeting the villain, it would’ve been much better in my opinion. So, I rate it a 2/10. It’s sad to see that this film made less money at the box office and became the lowest grossing film of the DCEU. . Even Suicide Squad made much more money than this film. That must’ve stung a lot of people. Hehe, eat that, haters!

Peace.

I thought it was pretty good.

This is what happens when you try to build a cinematic universe without giving the characters any time to develop. Thank God Warner Bros. has learned from this extremely mediocre experience and is now focused on making movies about individual characters rather than team ups.

How interested would you be in checking out the Zack Snyder cut of this movie that’s set to premiere in the near future?

That’s okay. I was just curious.
