Stories are still coming along (relatively) strong. But I'd like to take a moment to put out an offer for those who want to join me in my downtime, when it so happens.
For those unaware, tetr.io is a web address. It hosts a game known by the same name, which you know more easily by Tetris. The game is entirely free to play, and as fast-paced and customizable as you want it. They have a desktop client too, and you can even have a custom background image to spruce up your play field. It looks great, the music provided is great, it plays great...the only issue I have with it is the only game mode for multiplayer is "versus". No real way to balance or make teams to eliminate skill disparities between friends short of changing the game mechanics themselves (which you can do!). But that might change, and given that it's free, I still love it.
If anypony wants to play with me, let me know and we can set up a time! Or perhaps I'll post an invite link on weekends so you readers can come and match colorful blocks with me after a long day of writing horsewords.
Here's some stats of mine so you can judge if you're within my general league. (You'll find your own if you play enough games and look at the numbers).
~1.3-1.7 PPS (pieces per second) depending on if I'm playing a hybrid B2B style or just going for repeated Tetrises without regard for incoming attacks.
~35-45 APM (attack per minute) in games where I don't get a perfect clear start, and ~55-100 APM in games where I do (sometimes the game ends in about 5 seconds if I do the correct followup to a PC opener)
~A+ in Tetra League (16,196 TR, GLICKO 1660 +/- 73), 78 VS (I've never understood this metric but there you go)
