The best would be the drill. When found it looks like a little key chain ohe the drill on a wrist band, but when you grab it in your hand it changes into the full arm covering drill. After Delta meets with the summoner it can change into any of the bioshock 2 weapons. They could even have unlimited ammo or fuel but still have to me reloaded and refilled just like the game.
