New Story Draft Complete: "Don't Feed The Bats" · 9:36am Jul 5th, 2020
I know I didn't tell anyone I was writing a new story but I really wanted something to show for it first. I don't have an ETA on how the editing process will go down but historically these things take anywhere from 3-7 days depending on the availability of my editor and prereaders. Suffice it to say I'll post it once it's ready and I'm not looking to rush things.
Don't Feed The Bats goes back to Fertile Ground and Social Distancing for inspiration. The former in terms of narrative structure and the latter in how it teases the reader from the onset. It has one other special property to it; I wrote it for a specific fetish and for that reason I don't expect it to be very popular. Hint: I had Officer Hotpants add a folder for earplay to the My Little Fetish Group.
I'm working on another draft right now as well that features Celestia in the universe of Loving Submission. Anyone who's read that story has read that Celestia was personally involved in the negotiations that ultimately saw Roseluck sent off to Zebra Lands in the first place. Some people rightly pointed out that it seems farfetched that Celestia would sign any treaty which would see ponies sent into slavery. I hope this prequel will explain things better.
On one final note, I've been in touch with Clopficsinthecomments who I've been leaving my customary detailed comments on stories of his. He invited me to join him on Discord and for a change I accepted. He's a really cool guy and I've added like three of his stories to my favorites which I highly recommend you guys check out as well, especially Scent of a MANgo. Good Lord did that story kick ass! Tracer is one of the best OC's ever, right up there with Kkat and Five Stars. It's just a shame she doesn't have more material written about her. 
He's said he'll take a look at a draft as well so it's good to be working with him now. I've offered to help him out with any of his stories too. He's good but needs some editing to make him even better.
Discord is... weird but that's a blog for another day. I have been having fun uploading waves of derpibooru artwork to their cute posting and porn channels. I just can't for the life of me understand why most of the art is humanized weeb stuff. I thought this was the pony fandom and ponies had four legs?
