Howdy all!
So once again, Spectrum: Redux updates, alongside recent updates for The Silent Sentinel and The Story of Sharon.
It’s been an absolute blast writing this stuff once again. It’s also been a tremendous joy working alongside Doctor Fluffy and TheIdiot over the last month and a half to be able to not only continue telling this story as it grows, changes and develops, but to find its own voice after a long time of being hidden (mainly by my stupid subconscious) under something else’s shadow. It’s been a brilliant few weeks working on this content, continuing the journey and finding new roads to take, new arcs to write, and new characters to play with.
As part of the process of Redux becoming its own beast, I’ve set up a new group for The Spectrum Reduxverse. This group will serve the threefold purpose of keeping the stories in one place where people can see them, allowing people to ask questions and make comments about the work (if any) without cluttering up the main SPECTRUM group, and keeping people abreast of the larger universe (stuff like timelines et al - the Reduxverse’s own timeline will be posted on that group at some point in the coming months, and needless to say there’s a lot that’s different for those following the two continuities).
So, in the meantime for those who care, enjoy Nineteen and the updated side stories, keep an eye out for my friend Doctor Fluffy’s next update of Light Despondent (lots of fun stuff coming in that! 😁) and hopefully Chapter Twenty and some other material will be ready before the end of June (possibly earlier, but I’m not as rapid an updater as I used to be). 🙂
