Y'know, I really want to try writing an intentionally awful fic one day. · 8:15am May 14th, 2020
Like, I've got an entire bookshelf full of stories that have been downvoted into oblivion for just being awful in terms of story, character, or just all-around. I wanna channel that energy to write the most garbagefire crackfic I can humanly write, with an absolute crap story, some kind of douchey pseudo-wish fulfillment, edgy black and red alicorn OC with like five different conflicting backstories, and some stupid reason for 'em to be the 7th element of harmony just so they can be with the mane six and be surrounded by mares who'd end up being part of his harem or something weird like that.
Or it might just be the sleep deprivation talking again.
Oops.
Still wanna try writing something intentionally awful, though.

But, by all means, give it a try. They are tough, but rewarding to write.
I mean, our collabs are pretty awful in a good way.
I could never actually play it straight with something like that, tho'. I'd start writing a buff black and red alicorn named Dreadsnout, and the next moment, he's a baker with a little black kitten named Sweetums.
