Hello everyone! Been quite a while since I've done anything on this site. The main reason I've been active at all is because I'm doing a collab with a friend on a ridiculous series of stories revolving around Mr. Clean: https://www.fimfiction.net/story/379048/mr-clean-and-his-magic-eraser. It got me thinking about my own stories that have largely been untouched since 2016.
A lot happens in four years. First off, after the show ended, I lost a lot of my interest in MLP. My main link with the series since then has been my adoration of Fallout Equestria. After losing that interest, it makes it kind of hard to keep writing fanfiction for it. One story of mine in particular: Rising Storm, is left dangling as incomplete. I keep waffling back and forth on whether or not to finish it. Sometimes and get a sudden surge of inspiration, but a lot of times it vanishes before I get a chance to keep going with it. One other thing that's been occupying my time is my work on an extensive Harry Potter fanfiction project, in which we are parodying all seven books in the series. It is quite a massive undertaking. It certainly makes writing stuff like Rising Storm fall lower on the priority list.
Originally, I was planning to make Rainbow's Quest into a trilogy, but I really don't see that happening anymore. So, instead (if I do plan to keep writing it), I will probably rework the story so that I can finish it within Rising Storm alone. Even though the story isn't a wild success like Fallout Equestria, Past Sins, Background Pony, or anything like that, I do see people that favorite the story often enough that I don't want to leave them hanging. I want to please those that enjoy my work, and maybe with enough motivation I can provide that. But as I stand now, it's really uncertain what I'll do. We'll see, I suppose.
