These are good. Best preserve nature now in any way we can, before mankind's insatiable drive to consume destroys the very cradle which birthed it. Unless nature kills us first, I suppose. It could go either way at this point.

The problem isn't "mankind's need to consume". I'm a non-driving vegetarian in a solar powered house, and I've yet to have a biological kill-switch off me for my hubris.
Our problems are economic and political; not biological, not innate, and not invevitable. I'm definitely not a big fan of language to that effect.

I was being melodramatic. I agree with you, it's this culture we've built that's the problem, not people themselves. The outliers who take advantage of others aren't punished enough, but the average person is kind.
