[UPDATE] For those curious about my writing method... · 4:06am May 8th, 2020

I like to listen to music while writing. Sometimes this takes some research, sometimes the recommendation engines for the various services (Amazon, Spotify, YouTube) surface absolute gold!

Take this one for example:

I'm using it to inspire a section of the upcoming chapter that needed just a splash of intense heavy-hitting combat and I wanted a semi-modern feel in a pure fantasy setting, and having this particular set of characters do combat to System of a Down being performed by an orchestra is somehow just the perfect tone.
