Equestria Daily, in their infinite wisdom, have declared May 8th, tomorrow, to be Tempest Shadow Day.
They also, in their infinite stupidity, decided this would be a one-time thing. <.< That's okay, though. We true believers know that every day is Tempest Shadow Day, and Don't You Forget It.
Anyway, I thought it would be a good idea to put in another installment of The Princess's Captain to celebrate. And I feel kind of stupid, because I decided this last night and then wrote the entire thing today, when I've had it in my head since September. I mean, I added a few things to the outline since then, but there's really no excuse. Depression is a bitch. And if you'd asked me two days ago what I was going to write next, I'd have given you a completely different answer. :B
So that's my excuse. Sorry for the wait. Shipping might actually start happening sooner than I intended!

Tempest has officially reached Fluttershy levels of love for me as of a few days ago. I already loved her in the movie, but now I think I officially love her like Fluttershy. And if you knew me for a second, you'd know that I love Fluttershy so much and think she's the absolute best girl of anything ever. Tempest is right below her. That's a high honor from me. And seeing all the new art of her, rewatching the Movie a bunch (which I already loved her in, I think she's one of the best villains in the series), feeling even more sympathy for what happened to her, seeing that she needs so many hugs and so much love, looking at all the potential post finale endings she could have, and a lot more. They all made me realize just how much I love her.
So basically, Tempest is 100% a top tier best girl, I absolutely love her. Traumatized firework horse is a uber waifu and I love her. Have I mentioned I love her, cause I do. I absolutely love her as of now 💜
