Not really. I tried to base them off of WW2 era countries and there aren’t that many creature races, so that’s probably why.

Why changelings are Soviets, of all things? I get the bit about commissars, mass charges and collectivist mentality, but... Soviet changelings! Soviets with a Queen and openly slaver-like mentality. The whole point with Soviets is that they were never this honest about anything, Not to mention the whole bizzarity of imagining changelings in Soviet Budyonovkas and Gimnasterkas.
When the damn, caricature, shape-shifting, emotion vampires are more honest than the actual people...

Well, there not really Soviets, they’re mainly just Russian. Also, this takes place after Thorax takes the throne, so they’re as Communist as the U.S., meaning not at all.

...Actually, it makes uncomfortable amount of sense. Chrysalis being Tsar, treating everyone as if they were beneath her, enslaving her own people and always trying to conquer someone else to make even more slaves.
This sounds so much like Tsar Russia that I am tempted to mentally call them "channelling" now.
