Scope is someone who may be familiar to those who have been on the brony convention scene (especially The Last Bronycon where he was a community guest). He has gone through a lot of hardships lately, losing his stepmom to COVID19 and his stepdad to other health problems, all of which have left him and his loved ones dealing with exponential financial hardship from funeral costs and inherited debts. Full details about those events can be found on the GoFundMe Page he set up to help his mum.
To help him cope, IDW Comic Professionals, fandom artists and other prominent members of the fandom have organised fundraising efforts to help him out. I am one of those.
Inspired by Tony Fleecs's auction of a whole mass of pony comics and artwork done by him, I'm offering my own auction to help with #ScowlsForScope.
I am auctioning a fanfic reading in my full-cast style. Maximum word count is 10k with the usual caveats: no clop, no underage etc. Basically think of my usual variety of content. Additionally, fandom VAs TheLostNarrator (Apple Sleep Experiment/Silent Ponyville 2), GutiuSerenade (Silent Ponyville/Twilight Sparkle Gets a Free Salad), Luna Farrowe (The Cold Hand of Mercy/Through the Well of Pirene) and Cloud9 (Rocket to Insanity/Aprilverse) will voice characters in the winning story.

What's confusing? If you'd like to win, go to Twitter and join the auction. If you can't, spreading the word around is also good. All proceeds from the winning bid go to Scope's GoFundMe to help cover funeral costs of several of his family members who have died recently, some of COVID19.

I don't think I could bid, but I'll definitely spread the word and I am entirely earnest when I say that I'd be happy to help you or him out in some way, shape, or form. Do you need some art for the reading? I'll do it. He want/need an "I'm very sorry for your loss" batch of cupcakes? I'll bake them. Anything else that I could do to help just let me know.
