I like the Cheese Pie idea!
Hey there. Have to say, this DOES look like a pretty interesting list. And, yeah,
How much do you want to bet that Discord is probably going to get found out BEFORE he can uncover anything useful?
Even considering that Twi is pretty much Equestria's Grandmaster at Turning the Other Cheek, the idea of her sticking up for Neighsay even considering the trouble he used to make for her sounds like it could be a potentially good episode.
And, yeah, some sweet foreshadowing for later on in the future in that last one for this batch. :-D
Anyway, here is a possible one for late-Season Eleven or sometime in Season Twelve (assuming you like the idea, and I can completely understand if you don't)
Former Villains' Support Group:
Following chats with Starlight, Trixie, Tempest, Diamond Tiara, Stygian and Discord, Former Princess (now Professor) Luna gets an idea: Set up a support group for every reformed villain in Equestria. Now she wants to run the idea by the current Princesses to see if she can get permission to go through with giving it a try. If it works, then Equestria will have another group of potential allies; one that knows how to think like villains because they WERE villains once themselves; which will improve their odds against Grogar and his Legion.
Of course, if the idea doesn't sound that good, I profusely apologize for wasting your time.
So what about Rock Solid Diet?
The Cheese Pie idea isn't bad, but the title could use some work. I know it's probably cliche, but how about "Love is a Yummy 'Smore"?

Discord had better be careful. As powerful as he is, Grogar should rival or surpass him in power, and with all the other villains, he stands no chance of defeating them by himself. It would take a whole army to take this evil alliance out. Even if Chrysalis, Tirek, and Cozy Glow were to switch sides (which I see as a possibility later on given the development they have been having, especially in regards to the fact that Tirek and Cozy still have people who care about them in their families), that would still leave Sombra, Grogar, Lavan, the Storm King, Scarface, and those Predacons. Scarface must be quite unkillable since all the other villains are afraid of him and none of them have even suggested the possibility of being able to defeat him. Grogar and Sombra are both very powerful, and we saw what the Predacons are capable of. defeating these villains is going to be very hard.

Yeah. I have to say, that IS an extremely good assessment of the situation. And that's not even counting the possibilities of Grogar bringing in the Dazzlings and/or the evil clones of the Mane Six Chrysalis created (Grogar's resurrected villains before), which would make an already bad situation even worse.
