As the title suggests, I regret to inform my friends and followers here that my mom passed away on April 9, 2024 at the age of 65 due to stage 4 non-smoker lung cancer. I'm going to tell you what happened to her in another blog.

This was the first time I've ever experienced this on the site. The hacker who has stolen my account is going after my friends to victimize and/or scam them

The "safe mode is on" is annoying to no end I tell ya, top of all that I feel bad for the NSFW artist or anyone who do NSFW content since some people point them as a bad influence and breaking the rules, in reality, they are the one who follow the rule to the T. The people who are managing the site blame them for the wrong reasons and turn a blind eye to the more toxic people on that site with very offensive contents, and the worst of them all they are woke as well.

Okay, I'll fill you in. While Steven Universe is an awesome show that promotes inclusivity and depicts LGBTQ+ representation, it has one of the most toxic fandoms. One particular instance was towards Zamii. Tumblr users sent hate towards her for drawing Rose Quartz with a skinny build instead of large, as well as drawing human Fluttershy as a Native American. Members of the SU fandom created more than 40 hateful blogs directed at her, which led her to attempt suicide. She was taken to the hospital for treatment. More info about it here.

I know our fandom has some ups and downs but never in our community are that toxic to a fellow fan, it sad to know that some of the member of this community would stoop so low, then again it was mixed response about the Fluttershy thing, meaning there is a genuine critic with a helpful advice, unfortunately, it was drowned by the louder negative response. If I remember something about tumbler there is a lot of haters to bronies or anything MLP related in that site, and I remember (wish I don't) that Fox News has a hate boner toward the fandom cause it breaks the stereotypical of boys should be boys and girls should be girls and it was in the Hight of LGBTQ movement. The haters and puritans will use anything that not sit well in their view to discredit anyone, even their flawed logic and closed mind. Guess the lesson of SU never took root in their mind and let they call themselves as fan disgusting. I really really feel sorry for zamii that she have to deal with those imbeciles, she was just trying to have fun and doing things that make her smile, now it a shattered glass of memories. I hope she got a positive response from the people who care about her and her works.
