Hit 45k words in the original fiction adaptation of Pony-Me!
Also, at this point in the story, it's largely diverged from nearly anything related to Pony-Me as far as plot goes. It's currently closer to Into Equestria in terms of plot than it is to Pony-Me, mainly because it cuts out several areas that were equivalent to some of Pony-Me's filler chapters such as the unnecessarily long roadtrip chapters.
But... yeah, even though it's only at 45k words compared to the nearly 75k of Pony-Me, it's already actually finished the plot of that story, and moved on into things that are currently still only planned for Into Equestria... not that that story's actually been making much progress. Turns out that porting original fiction content into the ponified equivalent story universe is harder than it seems when the existing backstory lore doesn't quite match up between the two.
Also also, who's up for a livewrite? I have nothing better to do and Discord is allowing more screen sharing to happen.
