March Update · 7:37pm Mar 19th, 2020
Hey all.
I guess the good news is I've got more free time to write now?
That does kind of cheapen the severity of the impact that COVID-19 is having on our lives, but you have to look for the silver linings where you can. My campus has been closed, as I know many others have, and I know that as far as these things go, I'm incredibly lucky in being so unaffected. If you or a loved one has contracted the virus, my heart goes out to you, and I hope you recover quickly.
Now that's out of the way, here's the latest on my current writing projects. I've just put up my latest Doctor Whooves story, Fall of Empire, a twisted tale of the final hours of the Crystal Empire before it vanished for a thousand years, full of hidden secrets and psychic terrors. That will continue until around May 12, at which point I had originally planned to post the 'season finale' of this saga, Vengeance of the Valeyard.
However, due to a combination of writer's block and not wanting to go from one very dark story straight into another, I have decided to interrupt the flow of my narrative with a bit of comic relief. Therefore, on May 15, I will begin publishing an advice show for the modern era in a story of... questionable canonicity which I have entitled My Little Pony, My Little Pony, and Me, in which the McColtroy Brothers answer the burning questions of their listeners. If you were one of the people who responded to my last blog post, congratulations, each of you has a question in the story. Submissions are closed at this time, but don't feel too glum if you missed out -- I'm certain I'll write a sequel someday.
Stay healthy out there,
