Hello all!
As 2020 continues to drag on, I fear I must once again post one of my usual 'writing will be a bit slow' blogs. While I am making an effort to continue writing each day, output hasn't been quite as flowing as it had been, so I fear I may not be able to make my usual target of one chapter a month. I expect that the source of this is obvious. While I'm not currently sick, nerves and anxiety are taking its toll on me, especially now that my job has not allowed me the luxury of working from home. I work in a school, you see, doing office work, and although schools in the UK are now closed except to a small number of students whose parents work in key areas like healthcare and delivery, and my physical presence no longer absolutely necessary, the senior management have decided otherwise and all staff, Yours Truly included, must still come into work.
I'll do my best to keep up with writing. I know that I'm not particularly good with this whole audience engagement thing, so I guess I'd like to take this opportunity now to say to everyone who has read my work, commented, faved, liked, loved, hated, or just glanced at it once, anyone who has engaged in this odd mess that I've created over the years I've been doing this, thank you.
Edit: once a month, not week. I guess that demonstrates just how out-of-it I've become.
Good luck and stay safe!
Take care of yourself dude, just take your time, you know we'll patiently wait!
Your fic is awesome. I will wait for it as much as it is needed

My current job is being a bit obtuse. Some staff will have to stay back and operate what is effectively a glorified daycare, but hopefully they'll see reason and understand that I can work from home. I'll find out on Monday.
I live alone, so I can self-isolate quite easily if I need to.
No worries, I'll continue to follow and help along with the story as I can, no matter how long it takes. You're one of the best writers I've met on this site, easily.
