Well, in terms of being 'sexier' it's easy to see why Tifa Lockheart would be an easy pick. Even though I'm an Aerith Gainsborough fan, but mostly because of her innocence, her sheer beauty (Especially in the face) and I always think, if Cloud and Tifa weren't already an item, he and Aerith would make a stellar pair. Especially since she helped him out when he happened to land in her garden and he in turn saved her life from those guards.
