Whelp, the ball is rolling?

So- a few of you may have noticed.. I released the "Prologue" for a new story "Pearls of Wisdom" which is a continuation of Jaden's life within Equestria. This blog summarizes my thoughts on it-- do not read if you haven't read it just yet. Lotta spoilers.

Without further ado.. Author's Commentary:
The bit at the start I had fun~ The dialogue peeked as I tried their sense of humor. Aka the first two characters you meet are Maud, and Briar. The funniest of the bunch Technically, I believe it pulled through. But I'll leave it up to you to judge, heheeh. Maud and Briar has a bit more romantic support between the two that I wished to explore. You don't see much of that in the show. But- they do match. I love their chemistry.

Then the scene that introduces Jaden has her flying within the storm- but she has a very hefty fall. The way I described it was a challenge thougghhh.. I have it in my head, putting it into words was pretty hard. She falls down the trees, rolls down the hill, falls against a cave wall below, then somehow turns on her side that haves her slide into a hole within the cave walls. I put in a bunch of descriptions.. attempting for it to be pretty dramatic. The gal gets hurt, dude! It sets it to where she needs immediate medical help, thus the rush into Ponyville. Other Characters will come into play to help aid her. More explored motivation wise as she recovers.

Basically, I have it set up pretty well. How I see it, I suppose. The real challenge is that I want every chapter to have a wee little lesson. Thus, as the name of the story implies, they are pearls of wisdom given to the reader.

I hope y'all keep on reading for now, I'm pretty siked. Yet, soft reminder that I do not know how active this will be. Though, I'm really excited~~~
